REFUND POLICY

Here at PlayHigh, we believe "Your money is yours, and you should get it when you want it". To pay out our users as quickly as possible, we're working with the best banking & payment gateway partners.

However, PlayHigh only offers refunds if the following conditions are met:

After a transaction is confirmed, it's final and can't be canceled. However, you may cancel a transaction at PlayHigh's discretion and have the money refunded to you:

  1. If the Player sends a written request to PlayHigh from the registered email address to cancel such a payment; or
  2. PlayHigh shall not be liable to refund any amount after the payment has been paid for participation in the paid versions of the Contests. Two days prior to the start of the round for which the payment was made, the cancellation request must be received; after that, PlayHigh shall not be liable to refund any amount.

In its sole and absolute discretion, PlayHigh may refund the amount to the Player after deducting cancellation charges and taxes. During the transaction, players will also be required to acknowledge certain additional terms and conditions, which will also apply to the transaction. When the additional terms and conditions contain any clauses that are contrary to the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.

All refunds will be processed to the same method/financial instrument through which the deposits were made.

A refund may take up to two working days to be processed by the internal review team.

Under the Income Tax Act 1961, all winnings are subject to deduction of tax ("TDS"). The winners will receive TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. In respect of the winning money, the Winners shall be responsible for any other applicable taxes, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc.

PlayHigh reserves the right to modify/change these Payment & Refund terms & conditions at any time without any notification.
